The SQLGate subscription service is essentially non-refundable due to the fact that the software can be downloaded and used immediately after purchase.
That's why we suggest using the free version of SQLGate products before purchasing a subscription. Please make sure you review the product fully before you make a purchase.
However, you may request cancellation or apply for a refund in the following cases:
1. If you send your request within 2 hours of your purchase.
2. If within 7 days of the subscription purchase, you cannot install and authenticate the SQLGate product for unavoidable reasons (ex. your OS is not compatible)
※ However, if the product has been logged into for actual use or the activation code has been approved for offline use, the product is regarded as already opened and used. No refunds will be issued.

1) If the subscription is cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, cancellation or refund will be granted immediately. You can unsubscribe by logging into the main SQLGate website, clicking on your username, and going to Manage Subscription.
